Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Khabrr app, the khabrr.in website, and Khabrr's videos on social platforms (together, "Khabrr"). By using Khabrr, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Khabrr shows short summaries of news stories in several languages, along with audio bulletins and short news videos. Khabrr is free to use and needs no account.

2. News content

• Summaries are based on reporting by third-party publishers. Each story credits and links to its original source, and the original publisher remains responsible for its reporting.
• Summaries are shortened by design and may leave out detail. They are provided for general information only and are not professional, legal, financial or medical advice.
• Photos are credited to their source (for example Wikimedia Commons or Pexels) wherever that information is available.

3. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse Khabrr: don't try to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, reverse-engineer it, or republish its content as your own.

4. Advertising

Khabrr is supported by ads served through Google AdMob, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Khabrr on YouTube

Khabrr publishes short news videos on its YouTube channel using YouTube API Services. Watching or interacting with those videos on YouTube means you are also agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data there is handled under the Google Privacy Policy.

6. No warranty

Khabrr is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee that every summary is complete or error-free, or that the service will always be available. To the extent the law allows, Khabrr is not liable for losses arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use Khabrr after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
